The conference will take place under the patronage of Viviane Reding, Member of the European Commission responsible for Information Society and Media.

In the course of the conference the Luxembourg IPv6 Forum will be officially launched.

The conference takes place at the Centre culturel de rencontre – Neumünster Abbey (Salle Robert Krieps) in Luxembourg-Grund on 28 January 2009.
